Blending: Created from over 100 different wines, including 20-30% reserve wines specially selected to enhance their maturity, complexity and consistency, the blend reflects the distinctive and complementary characteristics of the three grape varieties: THE FULL-BODIEDNESS OF THE PINOT NOIR: 30 to 40%. THE SOFTNESS OF PINOT MEUNIER: 30 to 40%. THE REFINEMENT OF THE CHARDONNAY: 20 to 30%.
