Very fine and extremely lively perlage Bouquet: fresh and fruity, dominated by citrus aromas - green lemon, grapefruit - typical of Chardonnay. Then the red fruits appear: black cherry, currant, raspberry, typical of Pinot Noir. Taste: A lively attack thanks to a weak dosage that respects the authenticity of the wine. The minerality of the chalk is noticeable. Flavours of citrus, almond, toasted bread, but also of currant jelly and black fruits such as cherry are immediately apparent.
