TWO SOULS The two heads of character, Riesling and Sauvignon, combine in the Enosi (Greek for union) to form an unusual cuvée. In a balanced battle, the two wrestle closely for the upper hand. The wine impresses with its fascinatingly changeable personality and makes opening each bottle an exciting surprise.
VINIFICATION Separate vinification of the two varieties, partly spontaneous fermentation, eight-month ageing on the fine lees in wooden or steel barrels.
