It is a lively brut, rich in fragrance, which favours smoothness and an accessible sensory language, a balanced and versatile style.
In the glass, it has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, animated by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with floral notes of lime, nuances of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The taste is taut and crisp, fresh and vertical, savoury, refined and with a very pleasant persistent finish.
