The head of character. The perfect symbiosis of tradition and modernity.
IN THE VINEYARD The grapes of our classic Lagrein ripen in the vineyards in the sun-drenched basin of Bolzano at an altitude of 260 m, deeply rooted in sandy alluvial soils with a southern exposure. IN THE CELLAR After temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel at 28°C for 8 days, the wine is then matured in large wooden barrels of 30 - 50 hl.
