South Tyrolean Lagrein Granat doc

The 'Granat' is produced in two different vineyards, one of which brings strength and
structure, while the other brings delicacy and complexity. Together
they blend into a harmonious wine.

Vinification Hand harvest and gentle processing. Controlled fermentation in large
oak barrels with light toasting. Acid reduction and further ageing in
in large wooden barrels.

Sensory characteristics Dark purple. Smells of blackberries and chocolate and has spicy notes.
