The southern shores of the Benaco have always preserved the tradition of a graceful, fresh and gentle wine such as Rosa dei Frati. A high-level rosé capable of surprising for its simple authority. Fresh and delicate yet incisive, it is capable of being the star of the table. The nose reveals hints of hawthorn blossom, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. In the mouth, it is tasty, fresh, savoury and capable of stimulating the palate thanks to its vivid acidity and hints of small red fruits. The ease of drinking invites the next glass with a carefree attitude. Recommended with not excessively fatty cold meats, fried mushroom vegetables, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pastas and spring risottos, light white meats and fish with more decisive processing.
