AGING. 36 months in barriques, 6 months in bottles. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS. Deep ruby colour, on the nose cherry jam, vanilla, liquorice, tobacco. On the palate warm, soft and intensely tannic. PAIRINGS. Grilled meats, game, mature cheeses. RECOMMENDED TYPICAL DISH. Pastissada with polenta. IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE. 16°C.
