soil, which produces elegance and complexity.

Bolzano soil: deep alluvial soils of the Eisack with porphyry subsoil.
Subsoil. The warm location in the Bolzano basin is ideal for the grape variety.
5,000 vines per hectare.

Vinification Hand harvest and gentle processing. Controlled fermentation in steel tanks with multiple
several immersions of the must for more extraction. After fermentation

Sensory characteristics Deep dark garnet red. Complex aroma of dark fruits,
spicy notes and chocolate. Full-bodied and well structured. Mature and
