Lugana Doc
This is the wine of our great native vine: the Turbiana.
Grapes harvested when fully ripe in mid-October and a soil of great talent give us a structured product with a great capacity for ageing.
On the palate, it shows all its complexity.
The nose reveals hints of ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples, fleshy roses with fresh and balsamic notes.
The palate is enveloped by a decisive attack while maintaining all its freshness and elegance.
The full structure is accompanied by a taut acidity and characteristic savouriness that completely cleanse the palate, leaving it flooded with delicate aromas.
Ideal for winter soups, legumes and pasta with white sauces, white meats and poultry, medium mature cheeses, fish in long and rich cooking and shellfish.
