Composed of three different Cru, Liste, Cannubi and Fossati, completely different from each other. The former, formed 11 million years ago by erosion of overlying soils, has
its own unique and complete composition of macro and micro elements, giving it complexity and longevity. Cannubi, on the other hand, was formed around 12 million years
ago by sedimentation from the Po Sea and is the most famous and renowned Cru of Barolo. It has an excellent terroir complexity, formed by large calcareous clayey marl
soils and a favourable climate that gives incredible elegance and longevity. Fossati was born about 10 million years ago, also by sedimentation from the Po Sea after the
earth plates of Africa collided with those of the Italic peninsula. Being a relatively young plot, it has a good percentage of sand in its composition that gives explosive floral
and red fruit aromas.
