CURIOSITIES
From cru of Cannubi, Fossati and San Pietro delle Viole, in the commune of Barolo. Traditional vinification, fermentation with emerged cap and long maceration (about 2
weeks) at controlled temperature (23/25 °C) followed by submerged cap maceration for 10 to 20 days. Maturation in small Slavonian casks for three years and in bottle for a
further two years.
