Colour: ruby red Nose: tar, sour cherry under spirits, notes of fresh bay leaves, touches of chinotto. Mouth: taut, with salty tannins, finish with officinal return.
CURIOSITY It comes from a selection of vineyards in Barolo. Fermentation takes place for about 15 days, with submerged cap maceration for 30 days. The wine then matures in oak barrels for 6 years and for a further 6 months in the bottle.
