Soils: calcareous moraines on solid quartz porphyry

Grape harvest: Mid-October Vines/hectare: 4,500 - 7,500
Yield: 50 hl/ha
Vinification: gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in wooden barrels (Tonneau)
Maturation: in wooden barrels (tonneau) on the first lees for 12 months, then in steel tanks for 10 months on the fine lees
