Vinification:
One week of cold maceration, followed by fermentation and two weeks of maceration in steel tanks (40% whole cluster).
Vinification: malolactic fermentation and 18 months ageing in barrique (50% new wooden barrels); followed by blending and 5 months ageing in large wooden barrels;
