A good tannic texture predisposes to ageing in wood. In the mouth it is structured with a certain elegance, reveals an interesting acid note and a good taste persistence Pairing: The structure and acid note go well with succulent first and second courses, grilled meat, mature cheeses Serve at: 16-18° C
