It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections.
Fruity notes prevail in the bouquet, especially of red fruits, vanilla with hints of spices; in the mouth it is dry and harmonious, constantly tannic and ends with a pleasantly
bitterish aftertaste.
Grapes: from the hills of San Pietro di Feletto.
Grape varieties: Merlot 50%
Marzemino 10%
Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon 40 %.
Average data: Alcohol 13% vol.
Yield: 90 q/ha
Acidity: 5.0 g/l
Suggestions: Serve at a temperature of 18°C
Goes well: with tasty meats and cheeses.
Vinification: long maceration and maturation in large and small barrels for up to 6 months before sale (bottle ageing).
