VINE: Touriga Franca and Nacional, Tinta Amarela and Cão, Tinta Roriz and Barroca.
VINIFICATION: the grapes are crushed and the juices placed in large wooden vats.
COLOUR: dark red.
BOUQUET: Expresses a varied range of olfactory scents that are mainly reminiscent of red fruits.
PAIRINGS: perfect with chocolate desserts, dark chocolate and cheeses such as Cheddar, Gouda and Brie.
TASTE: In tasting it is refined and balanced but at the same time complex and fresh.
AGING: for at least 3 years in small, old oak barrels
