This Malbec, the emblem of Terrazas de los Andes, comes from over 100 plots in our 6 high-altitude Malbec vineyards. Its rarity lies in the unique combination of grapes from the classic terroir of Las Compuertas, in Luján de Cuyo, with the more recently discovered terroirs in the Valle de Uco: Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, Paraje Altamira and Eugenio Bustos, all between 1,070 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The vines are between 20 and 90 years old.
TASTING NOTES A complex and layered expression, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, subtle hints of violets and delicate toasted notes. The palate is full-bodied, accentuated by sweet, round tannins and a juicy finish reminiscent of red and black fruits and providing freshness.
