RAW MATERIAL: 100% Scottish barley

DISTILLATION: Double distillation through 2 pot stills. The distillery's stills only operate for one month a year, so the amount of whisky produced is always very limited.

COLOUR: Amber

AROMA: The nose is fruity with notes of vanilla.

FLAVOUR: The mouth remains silky with notes of almonds and dried fruit, typical of Sherry
