RAW MATERIAL: 55% grain whisky, 45% malted barley.
DISTILLATION: Double distillation through 2 pot stills. The distillery's stills operate for only one month a year, so the amount of whisky produced is always very limited.
COLOUR: Light amber
BOUQUET: Deep with notes of barley malt, oak, vanilla and floral undertones.
FLAVOUR: Soft and round on the palate, with notes of vanilla, oak and hints of spice with a fresh finish.
