RAW MATERIAL: 70% grain whisky, 30% malted barley.
DISTILLATION: Double distillation through 2 pot stills. The distillery's stills only operate for one month a year, so the amount of whisky produced is always very limited.
COLOUR: Amber
BOUQUET: It has light and delicate scents, among which we recognise notes of cereals, honeyed scents and nuances of yellow fruit.
FLAVOUR: The taste is soft, intense and slightly spicy, with aromas that recall the olfactory scents, and with flavours of vanilla, almond and camomile.
