RAW MATERIAL: Grape pomace from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes from the renowned Chateau Premier Grand Cru in Pauillac (Medoc), France.

DISTILLATION: Artisanal, discontinuous, i.e. in small batches, using an ancient still made entirely of copper.

COLOUR: Amber

AROMA: Ripe red fruit, honey, marzipan, chamomile, liquorice, vanilla

TASTE: Complex, majestic and enveloping
