DISTILLATION: The white wine, obtained from the must, is distilled over a direct fire in a charentais alembic twice: the first batch produces the brouillis, which has an alcohol content of around 28 or 30 degrees, while the second batch, the bonne chauffe, distils the white wine.
COLOUR: Brilliant and clear
BOUQUET: It has a bouquet of light, fresh, floral scents.
TASTE: On tasting, it proves to be lively, with aromas of vine flowers, lime blossom, fruity notes and a hint of citrus peel.
