La Dispensa di Amerigo Nocino is made from an infusion of unripe walnuts. Harvested at the end of June in the province of Modena and Bologna, it follows the teachings of Pellegrino Grappi. A Modenese notary in the 1700s who was the first to draw up rules for the infusion of walnuts. Aged in wooden barrels, Nocino is only marketed after 3 years. This traditional liqueur is ideal to drink at the end of a meal as a digestive. For those with a sweet tooth, take some traditional cream ice cream cups and pour a drizzle of our Nocino liqueur over them. It will be a great dessert to end the meal. Ingredients: alcohol, sugar, walnut husks, natural flavouring (walnut). Alcoholic degree 40% Vol.
