White grappa obtained from fresh and soft pomace of white and red grapes. Scent of grapes, sensual, enveloping and crystalline.

Raw Material:
Selection of pomace from white and red grapes.

Artisanal distillation:
Discontinuous, with cutting of the heads and tails, in a copper steam still.

Alcohol content:
50% vol.

Bottling:
Transparent glass bottle of 500 and 1000 ml.

Tasting:
Serve at approximately 12°C in an open tulip-shaped glass.

Taste:
Sensual, enveloping and crystal clear.
