The continuous still at 58% vol. and the 'Charantais' system, recognised by the 1972 decree as being of superior quality thanks to the elimination of impurities and the
consequent production of a more refined and elegant eau-de-vie.
BLENDING: of eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels for 10 to 20 years, for the oldest ones.

Tasting notes:
The colour is a clear, bright amber. Notes of candied fruit, plum and oak are perceived on the nose. In the mouth, it reveals itself to be well structured with considerable
amplitude. The finish is rich in pastry aromas (vanilla, candied fruit) and citrus fruit.
