reserve grappa is aged for at least 5 years in Slavonian oak barrels and is perfect paired with hard cheese matured for over 18 months or extra dark chocolate 75% cocoa.
Raw material:
Exclusively destemmed pomace from multigrape varieties.
Production Process:
Blend of grappas produced with continuous/discontinuous plant and distillation columns.
Appearance:
Light amber with brilliant hue.
Aromatic profile:
Complex and enveloping profile, intense with hints of cocoa, vanilla and cherry.
Taste:
Soft, delicate, harmonious with relevant persistence.
