FLAVOUR: The palate echoes the notes already perceived on the nose. The sip is elegant, round and full. Long finish with good intensity. NOTES: The Maison Clément has been producing Rhum Vieux Agricole since 1887, respecting the rules of the A.O.C. Homère Clément was the first to use the purity and richness of cane juice, which are still fundamental in the production of a perfectly natural Rhum. After fermentation, it is distilled and placed in small American oak barrels to achieve incomparable finesse. AGEING: 4 years and 9 months in American oak barrels.
