Grappa Riserva aged using the 'solera' method, desired by Toni Poli (1919-2001) and handed down to his sons. The 'Solera di Famiglia 18-98' is made up of 98 barriques: starting from 2001, it blends various vintages of Grappa into a harmonious blend, the youngest of which is aged for at least 18 months. Over the years, this results in a Grappa that embodies the memory of time.
Grappa Riserva aged using the Solera method, distilled by flowing steam. Its aroma is reminiscent of a wooden box filled with chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and freshly roasted coffee beans.
