I 12 Cavalieri is an ancient still made entirely of copper, one of the few stills still in existence, consisting of 12 small steam boilers with a discontinuous cycle, ideal for distilling marc from red grapes. Athanor plant with two bain-marie boilers of classical design installed in 2001, used for the distillation of grapes, fruit and wine. Crisopea plant with two vacuum bain-marie boilers, installed in 2009 after years of research. Used for the distillation of pomace from white grapes, considered the most innovative plant in operation today for the production of Grappa.
