Raw Ingredients: fresh, softly pressed pomace of Sangiovese Grosso, Brunello di Montalcino distilled within 48 hours after racking. Visual inspection: transparent, limpid, crystalline. Olfactory examination: the nose reveals intense, clean, pleasant and refined aromas of cherry, plum, violet, raspberry and hazelnut. Gustative examination: in the mouth it is intense, has a balanced sweetness and a pleasant softness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and hazelnut.
