The grapes are distilled according to the 'Tosolini method' fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and scents that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic brandy. Only the best Pinot Grigio grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the Friuli production area. From the fine and persistent scent of dried flowers and aromatic hay, a pleasantagrappa with a harmonious aftertaste is obtained.
