The grape is distilled according to the 'Tosolini method' fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and scents that reveal a smooth, balanced and extremely aromatic brandy. Only the best Merlot grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the Friuli production area. The fruity aroma and scents result in a pleasant grappa with a harmonious aftertaste.

During the summer period the best temperature is a cellar temperature of around 16/18°C.
