Does not contain gluten Does not contain GMO Product not subjected to ionising radiation Some olives may contain the stone or part of it. The olives are pitted and immersed in extra virgin olive oil. The olives are then pasteurised at 90°C for a time that varies according to the size. The olives are then labelled and the lot number is affixed, which coincides with the production date and the expiry date. Suitable for serving on bread for tasty aperitifs and to enrich first and second courses.
