The Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian Lo Sgocciolato, is produced in limited quantities and obtained exclusively by natural cold dripping from 100% Moraiolo olives, harvested by hand in the period from 25 October to 15 November. It is extracted only with the 'Sinolea' machine, which manages to obtain oil without production stress. In the extraction process, in fact, neither pressure, nor centrifugation, nor addition of water is used.
