About Agar-Agar
Agar Agar is used as a gelling agent for fruit preserves. This is mainly obtained from the cell walls of the red algae and performs its thickening function even without the
addition of sugar or acidifier. As it is a purely vegetable gelling agent, our fruit preserves are also perfect for vegetarians.
Agar-Agar contains fibre, minerals and fatty acids. It has very few calories and a neutral taste.
