Wine distillate<br />Poli's Italian Brandy<br />Aged 3 years in oak barrels<br /><br />Wine Distillate obtained using Athanor, our classically designed bain-marie still, which allows gentle and even heating.<br />Raw material: Trebbiano di Soave wine (Veneto)<br />Distillation: Artisanal, in small batches, using a discontinuous cycle bain-marie still.<br />Aroma: spices (coffee, nutmeg, vanilla)<br />Taste: warm, frank and sunny<br />% Alc - Content: 40% Alc./Vol - 700 ml<br />Service: in a tulip-shaped glass, at 18/20 °C.<br />
