Apricot &amp; Rosehip Fruit Spread - Honey-sweet apricots paired with vitamin-rich rosehips. Apricots are mainly grown in Mediterranean countries such as Italy and Spain.<br />There are also more northerly growing areas, such as in the Vinschgau region of South Tyrol, from where we source our apricots. The rosehip, on the other hand, is a<br />collective fruit that contains many small nuts. Montebruna DOCG 2018...

It took 35 notarial acts and 7 years to bring together the many plots of land in Montebruna, a property of great oenological value. When we succeeded, for joy we gave it<br />voices and verses, involving artists, poets and musicians who sang about this Barbera and its land, 'a land that speaks'.<br /><br />Denomination: Barbera d'Asti DOCG.<br />Grape and Vineyard: Montebruna is a Barbera d'Asti DOCG made from 100% Barbera grapes grown in our own vineyard in Rocchetta Tanaro.<br />Winery: The fermentation takes place for a fortnight in steel tanks at controlled temperature; then for one year the wine matures in large oak barrels.<br />Tasting: Ruby red violet colour. It impresses with very clear scents of ripe cherries and small red fruits. The taste in the mouth is deep, full, harmonious, with a long finish<br />that maintains the persistence of the flavour and finishes with almonds. Excellent, well-balanced, fragrant and very drinkable. It accompanies pasta-based first courses, main<br />courses of white or red meat, cheeses and sausages.<br />Serving temperature: Serve at 15-17°.<br />

The bigot was the pious woman who lived next to our Barbera vineyard. She cared about external practices and the rule of religion, but less about the spirit of it. We put the<br />spirit in.<br /><br />Denomination: Barbera d'Asti DOCG.<br />Grapes and Vineyard: Produced with 100% Barbera grapes from our own vineyards in Rocchetta Tanaro.<br />Winery: 20 days of maceration on the skins, then ageing in barriques for 15 months and in bottles for a further year.<br />Tasting:<br />Garnet ruby red colour with violet reflections. Rich, intense and persistent bouquet, very well developed, with sensations of liquorice, violet, plum and vanilla. Fruit and spices<br />emerge on the palate, from roasted to spicy, particularly well balanced, vigorous and intense. The richness of expression is due to the spices that envelop the flesh of the<br />ripe plum (the most evident fruit), giving persuasiveness and power. Accompanies roast meat, game and game dishes and hard cheeses.<br />Service: Serve at 17-18°.<br />

The name Arenis is derived from the Ital. 'arenaria rossa', meaning 'red sandstone'.<br /><br />This rock gives the east-facing sand and clay soils their striking colour. The vineyards between 300 and 400 metres above sea level in the South Tyrolean Unterland are not<br />only considered an ideal terroir but also the home of the Gewürztraminer, which is very demanding in terms of location. Due to the greatly reduced vine yield, the Arenis<br />shows a very complex bouquet: roses, lychee, jasmine and exotic spices. A pronounced mineral nerve gives the full-bodied wine a lingering freshness. Arenis is expressive,<br />yet easy to drink and balances perfectly between intensity and elegance.<br /><br />Grape variety: Gewürztraminer<br />Production zone: 300-400 m a.s.l., east, sandy and loamy soils with red sandstone, clay minerals and oxides<br />Vinification: Cold maceration in the press, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing on fine yeast<br />Alcohol: 14.5 % vol.<br />Total acidity: 5.1 g/l<br />Residual sugar: 4,8 g/l<br />Yield per hectare: 60 hl<br />Optimal drinking maturity: 2-5 years<br />Method of cultivation: sustainable<br />

Réserve della Contessa - the feminine wine.<br /><br />Its secret is fineness and elegance, one almost wants to say noblesse. A white wine of delicate colour and delicate aromas, as if made to accompany festive hours.<br /><br />Grape varieties: Pinot Blanc 60 %, Chardonnay 30 %, Sauvignon Blanc 10 % (Terlaner).<br />Colour: strong yellow with greenish reflections.<br />Aroma and taste: fresh scent of apples, apricots and a hint of sage. Dense and elegant, with a lot of melting, long lasting.<br />Site and soil: Two thirds of the grapes come from Lieben Aich in Terlan and one third from Campan in Kaltern. In Terlan Lieben Aich we have a warm west-facing slope at<br />300 m above sea level, with water-permeable, sandy loam soil on porphyry weathered rock. Kaltern Campan is a cool, east-facing slope at 500 m above sea level. The soil is<br />a strong loamy limestone soil with rock deposits from ice-age glaciers.<br />Vinification: The destemmed grapes remained in the press for six hours for maceration to extract aroma and structure from the skins. Fermentation took place in wooden<br />barrels, partly spontaneously, with the grape's own yeasts. During the six months of ageing on the fine lees, the aroma and flavour were refined.<br />Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C.<br />Goes well with: starters, fish and white meat.<br />

La Rose de Manincor - absolute elegance<br /><br />...for certain hours: Spring and summer are the seasons for this fruity wine of richness and juiciness, whose colour alone fires the imagination.<br /><br />Grape varieties: Lagrein, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Syrah.<br />Colour: bright salmon red.<br />Aroma and taste: delicate scent of raspberries and cherries on the nose, juicy and creamy on the palate, long-lasting with fine tannin and mineral-fruity finish.<br />Site and soil: our best red wine sites in Manincor and at Seehof, south-eastern slopes at 250 m above sea level with strong clay soils, interspersed with limestone gravel<br />and other glacial rock deposits.<br />Vinification: La Rose de Manincor is the juice extract from the best red wine batches each year. Thus, the varietal composition and character change slightly each year. The<br />juice was extracted after a 24-hour maceration period and the must fermented in wooden barrels, partly spontaneously with the grape's own yeasts. During the five-month<br />wooden barrel maturation on the fine lees, the aroma and taste refined.<br />Serving temperature: 10 -12 °C.<br />Goes well with: spicy starters, fried and smoked fish, white and grilled meat.<br />
