HISTORY: Located in the Highland town of Alness, Dalmore Distillery boasts the oldest stills in the region, one of which has been in use since 1874! For ageing, Dalmore uses a wide range of sherry casks: Oloroso, Amoroso,<br />Mathusalem, etc. from the Gonzales Byass vineyards in Andalusia.
