Lagrein Ris. Weingarten...

Lagrein Ris. Weingarten...

SOUTH TIROL DOC
LAGREIN RISERVA
VINEYARD KLOSTERANGER

Our historic single vineyard: expressive, concentrated and straightforward.
IN THE VINEYARD
This Lagrein thrives at an altitude of 280 m in the middle of Gries. The historic vineyard is part of the monastery complex, where the vines stand on pure alluvial material from
the Talfer and a subsoil of Bolzano quartz porphyry. IN THE CELLAR
After fermentation and acid reduction in stainless steel, the wine is aged in new barrique barrels for 22 months, followed by harmonisation in enamelled steel tanks and
careful bottling after light filtration.
TASTING NOTES
The Klosteranger appears in deep garnet red and seduces with a bouquet of concentrated aromas. It is surprisingly lively and fruity on the nose with notes of coffee and
black berries as well as a hint of raspberries. On the palate, it convinces with grippy tannins, fresh acidity, delicate as well as elegant fullness and depth. Our single-vineyard
Lagrein is wonderfully complex, long-lasting and pampers the palate with a multi-layered structure. Best enjoyed well-tempered with braised game dishes, tenderly roasted
beef or spicy cheese dishes. Optimal drinking pleasure within 10 years.Alcohol: 13.50 % vol. Acidity: 5.20 g/lResidual sugar: 2.10 g/l
Champagne Pommery 750ml...

Champagne Pommery 750ml...

The Apanage cuvée was conceived as a confidential cuvée dedicated to gastronomy.

Apanage was created by meticulously selecting seventeen villages with a strong identity and link to Pommery. These terroirs, articulated around the solid base represented
by the Montagne de Reims, produce exceptional grapes each year, the indispensable basis for the creation of the POMMERY style.

'Apanage' evokes distinction and privilege. The signature of Apanage is also a higher proportion of Chardonnay to give the wine a feeling of smoothness and elegance,
essential in the world of gastronomy.

A superb pale yellow colour with very light golden highlights.
The fine buttery, almost pastry-like aromas are quickly joined by a bouquet of wild flowers and notes of candied citron and blood orange.
A frank attack, creamy notes in the mouth associated with notes of dried apricot and citrus fruit.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Contains sulphites
Type: Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Raw Material: Barley Malt
Method of production: Pot Still distillation
Ageing: Continental
Casing: Yes

Why it's different: Glenrothes Halloween is aged in ex-sherry and ex-bournon oak casks for at least 13 years. This special release was launched in 2019 as a Halloween
tribute in limited production. Only 5,000 bottles were produced worldwide, the result of selecting a very small proportion of the barrels that age in The Glenrothes'
warehouses.

How to drink it: it can be enjoyed neat or with a large cube of ice, so the dilution will be very slow and the tampering always regular.

Focus: Since the beginning of its existence, the Rothes distillery has been located next to the town's cemetery. Without interruption, day and night, The Glenrothes,
continues its daily routine giving birth to new distillates. Ghosts and spirits are part of the DNA of The Glenrothes Distillery. This special limited edition release tells the story
of Halloween by returning the legitimacy of the birth of this celebration to Scotland.
