<br />Prail<br />South Tyrol Sauvignon DOC 2023<br /><br />Description: Bright colour with greenish-yellow reflections. Intense fruity flavours of elderberry, acacia blossom, gooseberry and sage. Fresh acidity on the palate with a<br />subtle mineral aftertaste.<br /><br />Ageing potential: 3 - 5 years.<br /><br />Recommended dishes: goes excellently with asparagus dishes. Ideal companion for herb and fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.<br /><br />Serving temperature: 10 - 12° C.<br /><br />Vineyards: Hills and slopes between 400 - 500 metres above sea level; mineral-rich moraine soil.<br /><br />Vinification: After cold maceration and gentle pressing, cool fermentation at 18° C in stainless steel. Part of the must ferments in large wooden barrels.
