Chartreuse Jaune (43°) is soft and mellow<br /><br />It is made with the same plants as the Chartreuse Verte, but in different proportions, it offers scents of flowers, honey and spices.<br />Only two Carthusian brothers know the names of the plants and how to blend and distil them. They are also the only ones who know which plants to use to give the natural<br />green and yellow colours.<br />They are the ones who control the slow ageing of the liqueur and decide when the liqueur is ready to be bottled.<br /><br />Composition: alcohol, sugar, plants and flowers.<br />Presentation: characteristic bottle, sober and elegant, decorated with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse.<br />Tasting: To bring out the aromas, Chartreuse is drunk on the rocks.<br /><br />Traditionally, it is considered as a digestif, but more and more connoisseurs also enjoy it in cocktails.<br />

Grande-Chartreuse Plant Elixir<br />10 cl - Wooden case<br /><br />Made by the Carthusian Fathers since 1764 according to the instructions of the Manuscript given to them by the Duke of Estrées in 1605, the Elixir Végétal contains 130<br />medicinal and aromatic plants.<br />It is a very effective digestive and tonic.<br /><br />Composition: alcohol, sugar, plants and flowers, 69°.<br /><br />Presentation: in a 10 cl bottle protected from light by a wooden case, which ensures perfect conservation.<br /><br />Use: a few drops on a lump of sugar, in a little sweetened water, as an infusion or in a toddy.<br />

BERNARDI bacon - the time to the maturity is esteemed to us<br /><br />Today as at that time we process after traditional production procedure nearly all parts of the pig, e.g., the leg, the square, the pork nape, the belly, the shoulder and the<br />cheek. In addition to this already very unusual assortment we still produce the traditional farm bacon which is produced without exception of local pigs. This is marked as a<br />rule with our fire sign belonging to company. Because of the different bandage fabric of the single meat parts we are able with the use of one single salt/herbs-mixture to give<br />this one own individual character and taste.<br /><br />The salt spice mixture protected since generations refined every now and then is one from herbs, berries, salt and other spices composite recipe which vouches for the<br />unique and distinctive taste of our products. Besides, we place great value of the fact that some berries not to ground, but traditionally are rammed to heat up the contained<br />essence oils on no case and to cause therefore restorative bitter substances.<br /><br />Our bacon becomes salted with 2.3% on 1 kg of meat. The brine time amounts four weeks and all bacon sides are restacked weekly, besides, must be always also<br />respected the temperature of the brine cell.<br /><br />The maturity of a good bacon determines the nature only. We create ideal, always constant conditions and give to every item of BERNARDI bacon the time which requires<br />for an optimum maturity.<br /> <br /><br /> Ingredients: Pork leg, salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin, natural flavouring. <br /><br />The Balvenie<br />Single barrel 12<br />Aged 12 years<br /><br />The Balvenie Single Barrel First Fill is a 12 year old single malt whisky, aged in a first fill, ex-bourbon cask. Almost all Scotch whisky is matured in casks previously used<br />by Bourbon distillers. When they are brought to Scotland and used for the first time they are known as 'First Fill'.<br /><br />Our Malt Master tastes the aged whisky, cask by cask and selects only those characterised by sweetness and subtle oak vanilla to be bottled as The Balvenie Single<br />Barrel First Fill.<br /><br />A series of 'limited editions' - Each bottle is one of no more than 300 drawn from a single cask and bears the number of the cask in which it was matured.<br />Tasting notes<br /><br />Nose: Notes of honey, overlaid with sweet fruits and subtle spices.<br />Palate: Rich and complex with deep vanilla oak.<br />Finish: Sweet and persistent.<br />

Lustau East India Solera cl50
Cream East India<br /><br />Dark mahogany in colour with green-amber edge. It offers vibrant notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish, raisin and chocolate beer nuts, all very well integrated. On<br />the palate it is smooth and rich at the beginning, full of prune and burned oranges peel flavours. Provocative spicy notes appear just before its nuttiness and terrific acidity<br />cuts through the sweetness. With a truly unforgettable finish.<br /><br />Each wine (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is matured, separately in its own solera for 12 years. Once blended together, the resulting sherry is returned to a 45-cask solera for<br />a further 3 years ageing. In centuries gone by, casks with sherry were lashed to ships sailing for the Indies and were found to develop an extraordinary smoothness and<br />complexity. Lustau has revived this style of sherry in the East India wine.<br /><br /><br />ALCOHOL: 20 %<br />VERAGE AGE: 15 años<br />PROFILE: Sweet<br />Fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with almonds and bakery notes.
