This modern, sparkling gin is distilled from a somewhat reduced herbal base compared to the original DolGin, which<br />creates space for concise, fresh flavours: This contemporary, young gin owes its citrus tones to the lemons of the Limonaia 'La Garbera', and another spicy nuance to the<br />cypress cones, which form a conclusive complement to the typical juniper flavour in this gin.<br /><br />Raw material: blend of 15 herbs, plus cypress cones and lemons from Lake Garda.<br />Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath<br />Storage/ageing: -<br />Alcohol strength: 42 % VOL.<br />Volume: 0,5 l<br />Colour-Clarity: Colourless, clear<br />Nose: Definitely lemony with warm, Mediterranean tones<br />Palate and finish: Slight citrus note, but not dominating the distillate, unobtrusive spiciness and typical gin finish<br /><br />Tip: Cool, modern gin, ideal base for classic gin and tonic or gin fizz. CARTIZZE DRY<br />VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG CARTIZZE<br />The elite of Valdobbiadene<br /><br />Four seasons follow one another and one after the other guarantee the vines rest, sap, buds and much more, in a marvellous spectacle that only nature can repeat, year<br />after year.<br /><br />The centuries-old vine on the Cartizze hill, the top of the La Tordera production and of the Valdobbiadene DOCG appellation, is cared for by Pietro (the founder of the<br />Vettoretti family for more than 80 years) in the first person, just as his ancestors did before him.<br /><br />Cartizze Dry has an intense, unique and unforgettable flavour. The nourishing earth, the breeze that caresses the vines, the particular climate of this valley and Pietro's love<br />for this place that is so dear to him, are the ingredients that make this sweet, full-bodied and well-balanced sparkling wine rich in aroma and flavour.<br />Hints of apple, ripe pear and, among the flowers, those of lime, wisteria and almonds can be detected, expressing fruity and floral notes on the nose. It smells delicately of flowers and freshly of citrus fruits.<br />In the mouth it tastes as flowery and fresh as it smells. Plattner Bienenhof lemon honey is a great edible honey and can be used in many ways.<br /><br />On average, our honey contains about 17-19% water, about 70% simple sugars (carbohydrates in the form of glucose and fructose), about 2.5% sucrose, about 0.1% other<br />sugars and about 8% other substances. These naturally occurring components are: Acids, lactones, mineral salts, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, colloids and aromatic<br />substances.<br /><br />Honey, with about 300 kilocalories per 100 grams, is an energy-rich natural product, quickly digestible and well and rapidly absorbed by the body.<br /><br />Honey is a living food!<br /><br />It is even said to have some interesting positive properties on the human body: sedative (calming), antiseptic (germicidal), antianemic (increases red blood cells), diuretic<br />(increases water excretion), and many more.<br /><br />The freshly harvested honey is liquid, but can crystallise over time. This process is quite natural and the crystallised honey can be liquefied again in a warm water bath (up<br />to 40° C).<br /><br />Honey is not suitable for children or babies under 12 months.<br /><br />Country of origin: Italy<br />

We pick the blossoms in mid-May in valley locations and from the beginning of June in the mountains, just<br />above 800 metres, so that we can bring the best product to the bottle for you. We use freshly harvested elderflowers to make our liqueur. They are cold-infused in high<br />quality grappa for approximately 20 days. The resulting product is mixed with alcohol and lemon.
