Creamy.<br /><br />Sunflower honey is extracted from the magnificent sunflower fields. It tastes and smells fine and mild and crystallises quickly, making it all the easier to spread. Our<br />sunflower honey is an excellent edible honey and is also often used to sweeten baked goods.<br /><br />The freshly harvested honey is liquid, but can crystallise over time. Soft nougat in a box<br /><br />Scaldaferro's soft nougat is cooked in a bain-marie in ancient copper calipers for 6 hours. Afterwards it is spread by hand while still hot on a bed of wafer; it is neither<br />pressed nor rolled by machine as is the case with industrial products to maintain the softness acquired during cooking.
