For meditation and a regal end to a meal.<br /><br />The pomace is collected fresh from selected suppliers and is stored for several months, starting from the time of harvesting the grapes of origin. In this fundamental phase it<br />is very important to preserve them from the air according to a delicate method of covering the silos to allow a favourable environment for the yeasts responsible for alcoholic<br />fermentation. Distillation is carried out in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, using direct steam.<br /><br />Crystal clear in appearance, fine on the nose.
