Only the best Merlot grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the Friuli production area. The fruity aroma and scents result in a pleasant grappa with<br />a harmonious aftertaste.<br /><br />Variety: from fresh pomace from Merlot grapes.<br />Alcohol content: 40% vol.<br />Artisanal distillation: in traditional steam boilers.<br />Maturation: 6 months in steel containers<br />Colour: crystal clear<br />Body: intense<br />Sensory profile: strong olfactory notes of berries, with a marked presence of raspberry. Brilliant aftertaste with a pleasant and harmonious hint of fruit. Intense, warm and<br />silky on the palate.<br />Serving suggestion: Serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer period the best temperature is a cellar temperature of around 16/18°C.<br />

This vintage was produced in the Petit Champagne region from Ugni Blanc grapes.<br /><br />PROFILE: Distilled without yeast for greater ?neness, it gives us an original and medicinal bouquet. Its exceptionally rich colour heralds the aromatic power and softness<br />that are later found during tasting. The barrique has exceptionally developed the spicy scents with very clear notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to brown<br />tobacco, from aniseed to liquorice. These initial sensations are accompanied by and reveal further fruity aromas of jam, cooked apple, prune, almond and walnut.
