Amaro Nonino is vegan friendly.<br />Artisanal distillation:<br /><br />ÙE®, Acquavite d'Uva is distilled with 100% artisanal method in the copper steam stills of the Nonino family.<br />Natural Aging:<br /><br />The ÙE®, Grape Distillate that ennobles Amaro Nonino is aged at least 12 months in Limousin and Nevers barriques and small Ex-Sherry casks.<br />Alcohol content:<br /><br />35% vol.<br />Bottling:<br /><br />Tasting:<br />Serve at room temperature, on the rocks with an orange slice or in incredible cocktails.<br /><br />Taste:<br />The amber and not dark colour proves from the first glance the balance and softness of Amaro Nonino. Rhum Rhum Blanc<br />Rhum Rhum Marie Galante<br /><br />70 cl / 41 °<br />Typology: Pure Single Rhum Agricole<br />Raw material: Pure cane juice<br />Fermentation: Own selected yeasts<br />Method of production: Pot Still distillation<br />Box: Yes<br />Why it is different<br /><br />Rhum Rhum Blanc 41 ° is the Pure Single Agricole Rhum produced from an ancient variety of sugar cane, the Rouge B47.259, almost disappeared from the Antilles. Once<br />perfectly ripe, the canes are cut by hand with traditional 'coutelas' and transported to the distillery on 'cabrouets' pulled by bulls. The freshly pressed juice is not diluted, as<br />is usual in the production of rhum agricoles; fermentation takes place in open vats at a controlled temperature and lasts up to 5/6 days. After distillation there is a long<br />period of rest in steel vats, lasting up to a year, during which the alcohol content is slowly lowered. Rhum Rhum Blanc is bottled at 41°.<br /><br />How I drink it:<br />Rhum Rhum Blanc 41° is very pleasant in the classic Ti' Punch with a very small addition of sugar. Excellent for classic cocktails such as the Mary Pickford.<br /><br />Focus:<br />In the mid-2000s, Luca Gargano realised a dream he had nurtured for years, that of producing the best rum in the world. To do so, he enlisted the help of maestro Gianni<br />Vittorio Capovilla and together they chose the enchanting island of Marie Galante, where at the time the best possible terroir could be found in the Caribbean. A first still was<br />installed at the Bielle distillery in 2005 and the second in 2007: two Müller bain-marie stills with a capacity of 300 and 1200 litres. The fresh, undiluted cane juice ferments<br />slowly in stainless steel cuves.<br />

It is a William Grant & Sons family whisky, born with the desire to create a modern and revolutionary whisky in the world of mixology.<br /><br />Smokey Monkey Shoulder is the peaty variant of the triple blend.<br /><br />How I drink it:<br />Versatile and designed for mixology, it is also great to drink pure to bring the public closer to the world of whisky, thanks to the smoothness of its vanilla notes.<br /><br />Focus:<br />The name Monkey Shoulder refers to the physical condition that malt men often suffered after years of hard work turning barley mounds by hand during the germination<br />phase. This gave them a deformed limb holding the spade, causing it to hang downwards, like a monkey's posture.<br />

An important ingredient to create cocktails<br />with character and boldness, but also more suited for sipping on the rocks without the ice diluting the strength and heat of the rum too much.The design of the bottle and<br />packaging is modern and elegant, with the same graphical style of Ron Millonario 10 Aniversario Reserva and the same innovative transparent glass cap to retain the family<br />feeling, but in gold rather than in black.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES: it echoes the sweet fruits, vanilla and chocolate of the standard 10 Aniversario Reserva, but much more intense and concentrated. It has a richer<br />mouthfeel, almost tactile, and a more robust caress on the tongue and palate. The higher strength accentuates the drier and winey fl avours from the sherry casks too. Th e<br />result is something in-between the easy freshness of the 10 Aniversario Reserva and the sweeter and darker complexity of the Solera 15.<br />
