It represents the apotheosis of the distillery's artisan and zealous approach<br />to quality. The starting point is the highest quality herbs and flowers that are selected by expert mountaineers in the alpine landscape of the Cuneo valleys. Bordiga is a very<br />special distillery, specialising in rigour and respect for tradition. Its strong point is the medicinal alpine herbs still harvested by hand and dried at high altitudes by mountain<br />people in an uncontaminated environment. This means that the botanicals used are spontaneous, and therefore intrinsically organic. They are harvested without the aid of<br />engines, without pesticides, fertilisers or fungicides and, above all, with great attention to product quality and respect for the environment. Each production, just like in the<br />past, is totally conditioned by the changing seasons and climate. Once harvested, the herbs are meticulously checked by the Master distillers who deliver only the best for<br />processing.<br /><br />How I drink it<br />To be consumed neat, with or without ice.<br />

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Bardstown - Kentucky<br />RAW MATERIAL: Corn (68%), wheat (20%), barley malt (12%), yeast, water.<br />DISTILLATION: Corn, wheat, barley malt and water are heated and left to cool. The yeast is added and fermentation begins. The liquid obtained is distilled until it reaches<br />80% alc./vol. and then diluted with water to reach 62.5% alc./vol.<br />COLOUR: amber yellow<br />AROMA: complex, with hints of caramel, oak wood, vanilla and brown sugar<br />TASTE: The presence of wheat makes the sensation on the palate more delicate compared to a rye Bourbon. Vanilla, wheat and oak are perceived.<br />TASTING NOTES: Pleasant and warm persistence, prolonged by hints of spices.<br /><br />DESCRIPTION: The 'Rebel Yell' brand was created for the Stitzel-Weller Distillery by Charles R. Antica Formula has come down to us in its original and inimitable recipe thanks to Fratelli Branca Distillerie's passion and skill in keeping<br />the product unaltered over time, a product that stands out for its unique bouquet and unmistakable notes of vanilla. This 'nectar of the Gods' is characterised in taste and<br />aroma by an infusion of carefully selected mountain herbs and spices, including the precious saffron.<br /><br />Antica Formula is produced in limited quantities and packaged in fine blown-glass bottles. Sealed with a cork, the bottle is enclosed within a precious package. The label is<br />a reproduction of the original from 1786.<br /><br />Bright amaranth colour with amber veins, the bouquet of vanilla emerges on the nose, accompanied by notes of spices, citrus fruits and dried fruits such as sultanas and<br />cloves. The palate is rich and vanilla with notes of bitter orange, dates, cocoa beans, cherries and saffron.<br /><br />Ideal to drink with ice and a slice of orange, as an aperitif or after dinner.
