Intervallo Amaro da Salotto...

Intervallo Amaro da Salotto...

Intervallo

Intervallo is magic. It is a refined pause, your palate will be enveloped in velvety flavour. Please sit and drink it straight in the living room.

We were all waiting for that damn intermission. The living room became, as if by magic, a theatre stage. The background of the gramophone took us to unique and wonderful
worlds.
It was a short but intense Intermission.

Bitter Living Room Intermission. Our insatiable desire to explore new lands takes us to new worlds, new cultures, new botanicals that, with great simplicity, we try to bring
to life in a glass.
'Maybe we had, but we didn't know' said Giocondo. Intervallo combines gentian, galanga, wormwood, laurel, marjoram skilfully worked in single and separate infusions, with
mint and sage worked in steam distillations.
I forgot, there are no citrus fruits. To close a bottle, one must know how to wait, very patiently, for the natural cycle of the botanicals. Intervallo is magic. It is a sought-after
pause, your palate will be enveloped in velvety flavour.

' Please sit and drink it straight in the living room. '
Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

I always hear the same things. That's enough, leave me alone! I'm not going to live like you rich, fools and liars, you only want success and have no respect for nature. I
prefer to be alone, I cannot accept what you are doing, you cowards! You have thrown me out just for expressing my thoughts, calling me crazy. I will live Sotto Banco with
the knowledge that I will die poor, but without compromise.

Roger Bitter Extra Strong. Born from the inspiration of its creator, Ivano Trombino, in full respect of the cyclical nature. It is the result of a careful selection of citrus fruits and
bittering botanicals, cultivated and selected by our Agricultural Company Rurale Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, in Calabria. A unique and countercultural product,
sometimes edgy enough to be labelled 'Keep Under Counter'.
It's a Bitter... It's a Bitter... Its natural colouring and strong character make it ideal, consumed neat as an after-meal, for lovers of true bitter taste. Formidable in blending.

' Cloudy from birth. '
Jefferson Amaro Importante...

Jefferson Amaro Importante...

Jefferson
I immediately thought of a natural and authentic bitter like this land, Calabria

For fun we started selling our liqueurs. Jefferson was convinced he had the best bitter in the world, perhaps he was right, so much so that on his label he wrote: 'Amaro
Importante'. Merit for the success he had achieved in the great salons of Italy and Europe. Gil and Roger never expected so much recognition.

Jefferson Amaro Importante. An Amaro Importante, as the label says, made in an authentic, rural way by paying close attention to the provenance of the raw material. Our
Rural Agricultural Company Vecchio Magazzino Doganale cultivates and selects the botanicals and citrus fruits in Calabria. It is bergamot, bitter and sweet oranges,
rosemary, eucalyptus and oregano that, combined with other bittering herbs, make Jefferson natural and unique. Its Mediterranean yet complex taste can be enjoyed both at
room temperature and chilled. Original in blends, in the great classics, as a bitter or in support of vermouths.
It is truly the best liqueur in the world.
Grappa Secolo 50cl DOMENIS

Grappa Secolo 50cl DOMENIS

SECOLO DOMENIS 50 cl

To celebrate the centenary of DOMENIS1898, a grappa with an important character, fine and balanced.

Strongly aromatic yet rounded, it surprises with the infinite sensations it offers to the taste. Certainly to be meditated on, slowly, to be pervaded by the thousand bouquets
on the nose and sensations in the mouth.

The marc is collected fresh, even fermented, from selected suppliers. Distillation takes place in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, using direct steam. The use of
direct steam at a low temperature (just over 100°), which is blown into the distillation process at the base of the stills, makes it possible to extract the volatile components
from the marc mass without damaging them, especially the aromatic ones.

The fact that the pomace comes from white grapes contributes to a strong aromatic personality, while the addition of black grape pomace gives it an unmistakable
roundness and harmony.

The alcohol content chosen for this grappa (60°) clearly enhances the aromatic charge typical of grappa with an incredible softness in spite of the high alcohol content, while
maintaining an elegant balance and a pleasantly long finish.

Typology: young grappa
Alcohol content: 60% vol.
Raw materials: marc
Serving temperature: 18°C
50 cl bottle with case
Distillation is carried out in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, using direct steam.

Crystal clear in appearance, fine on the nose. Strong in intensity, characterised by an intense and articulated aromatic bouquet. Dry taste.
